Title: Deluxe Apple Coffee Cake

2 1/2	c	Flour
2	ts	Sugar
2	ts	Baking powder
1		Stick butter
1		Stick margarine

Cut in with pastry blender until crumbly then add 2 egg yolks and 1/4 cup milk, beat and blend.

Spread evenly on foil lined 10 x 15 jelly roll pan and up the sides. 6 to 9 medium apples, pared and sliced thin, put in rows, overlapping them slightly with pointed edges down.

ÕþBTOPPING:þb Õ Õ1 1/2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Õ Then add 1 stick oleo melted and drizzled over the sugar topping. Bake at 375 degrees about 25 minutes. Bake until crust is golden brown.
